Hello! My name is Liane Stuart, I work with individuals who struggle with difficulties such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and addictions.

I enjoy working with people who are seeking to better understand and manage the challenges they may be facing, in order to create a better life for themselves. In our sessions, goals are collaboratively decided upon, and treatment is tailored to the client’s specific needs. I am a non-judgmental, compassionate, warm and reliable therapist. I strive to create a safe place for individuals to engage in self-reflection, development of insight and healing.

I understand that seeking assistance can be challenging and daunting at times. As a fiercely independent person myself, I know that it can feel uncomfortable to reach out and seek assistance. My aim is to provide a safe, friendly space that empowers and helps clients feel supported in their journey.
